Orders & delivery
What is the delivery time?
The total delivery time is 4 to 9 business days. This includes 1 to 2 business days for processing and 3 to 7 business days for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the rest of the EU. Shipping is always free, with no minimum order value.
Are there shipping costs?
No. We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. There are no hidden fees.
How can I track my order?
After shipping your order, you'll receive a shipping email with a Track & Trace link. You can use this link to track your shipment live. You can also use the Track Your Order page.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email info@yourwallarts.com . The return procedure will apply after processing or shipping.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Read our full Returns Policy for more information.
Are returns free?
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will fully refund the return shipping costs. If you change your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How do I start a return?
Email info@yourwallarts.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive further instructions.
When will I receive my money back?
After receipt and approval of your return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Products & materials
What materials are available?
You can choose from canvas, poster, acrylic glass, aluminum (Dibond), and wood (framed). Each material has its own unique look and quality.
Are products custom made?
Yes. Each artwork is only produced after you place your order. You choose the size and material. Your order is therefore unique and made especially for you.
Are the images of high quality?
Yes. All our products are produced using high-quality printing techniques on high-quality materials, so colors and details remain sharp and vibrant.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely via: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed via a secure connection.
Is paying safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and work with certified payment processors. Your payment information is never stored or shared.
