Thank you for your purchase at Yourwallarts. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to help. Please read below what you can expect from us.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. At Yourwallarts, we offer a return period of 30 days, giving you plenty of time to evaluate your purchase.
What can you return?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided you submit the request within 30 days of the delivery date. Please keep the following in mind:
- The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging
- Include the original order confirmation or packing slip
Return costs
- Defective or damaged product: Yourwallarts will fully reimburse the return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
How to start a return?
To request a return, please contact us within the 30-day return period at info@yourwallarts.com. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for the return shipment, including the official return address of our EU warehouse. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender.
Required Documentation for Damage or Defect Claims
Did you receive a damaged or defective product? To file a damage claim, we ask you to provide photo and/or video evidence so we can determine that the damage occurred during transport. Please include:
- The product is clearly visible
- The packing slip with tracking number is visible
- The product and tracking number are visible together in the same image
- A video or photo of the unopened package including shipping label (if the packaging is visibly damaged)
Please note that this documentation requirement only applies to damage and defect claims, not to standard returns based on the right of withdrawal. No documentation is required for regular returns within 30 days.
Lost Packages
If a shipment shows no tracking updates for 30 consecutive days, it will be considered lost in transit. In such cases, Yourwallarts will offer a redelivery, subject to verification and approval.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If the returnnt method within 10 business days. All prices include VAT.
Complaints
Not satisfied with the handling? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) or via the EU ODR platform.
