Thank you for your purchase at Yourwallarts. Below you will find everything about our shipping, delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.
Free shipping on all orders
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value and no hidden costs. All listed prices include VAT.
Delivery time
The total delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time:

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
Order confirmation and Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a shipping email with a Track & Trace link so you can track your shipment.

We work with reliable international courier services: DHL, FedEx, PostNL, and Bpost.
Incorrect shipping details
You are responsible for entering correct shipping details with your order. Yourwallarts is not liable for loss or delay due to an incorrectly provided address. For undeliverable packages, return costs and administration fees (up to 10 euros) may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or lost packages
Please check your order within 24 hours of receipt. If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately at info@yourwallarts.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Holidays and delays
During holidays, shipping times may differ from standard delivery times. Delays caused by external courier services are beyond our control. We will keep you informed as best as possible.
Return shipments
Not satisfied? You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to info@yourwallarts.com for return instructions. Please refer to our Return Policy for the full procedure.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to info@yourwallarts.com. After processing or shipping, the return procedure applies.
